Cheremosh is a river in Western Ukraine, tributary of the Prut River. The two upper streams of this river are called White Cheremosh and Black Cheremosh. The river starts in the Carpathian Mountains and flows roughly SW to NE. It flows along the borderline of the historic regions of Bukovina and Galicia. In the middle ages and the early modern era, it was part of the borderline between the Principality of Moldavia and Kingdom of Poland.
 
We invite you to take part in rafting during which you will pass the most diffucult rapids of Cheremosh river: «Dzembornya», «Bila Kobyla», «Guchok», «Guk» and will effect an ascent of a mountain Pip Ivan (2028 m) etc.
 
Day 1
Meeting with participants of rafting
Lunch
Training on the essential principles of safety
Rafting test: development of rowing technology, rescue operations
Dinner
 
Day 2
Breakfast
Ascent of mountains Krytna (1350 m) and Zmiyinska (1356 m).
Lunch
Rafting on principal rapids of Cheremosh: «Dzembornya», «Bila Kobyla», «Guchok», «Guk».
Visiting the museum of Roman Kumluk where are exposed old Hutsul clothing, old money, collection of musical instruments etc.
Dinner
 
Day 3
Breakfast
Walk in the Mountains (8-10 hours) with ascent on mountain Pip Ivan (2028 m) where from the peak open superb views across the massive Chornogora range with the highest Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains (Goverla 2061 m, Brebeneskoul 2035 m, Petros 2020 m) and the Romanian Carpathians.
Lunch (lunchbox).
Back in the campsite
Dinner
 
Day 4
Breakfast
Rafting to the village Verkhovyna (20 km): passage principal rapids of Cheremosh: «Dzembornya», «Bila Kobyla», «Guchok», «Guk».
Lunch
Returning home.
