Routes of wine: Odessa Odessa — Shabo — Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi — Grosslibental – Shustov — Koblevo (6 days, 5 nights) Day 1: Odessa – panoramic tour Arriving in Odessa. Panoramic city tour including Primorsky boulevard, Shevchenko Boulevard, named after a famous Ukrainian poet, legendary Potemkin Steps – an entrance to the city from the sea, magnificent Opera and Ballet Theatre designed by 2 Viennese architects in a French rococo style, Duc de Richelieu’s Monument - a founder of Odessa, Alexander Pushkin’s Monument, Dormition Cathedral, Vorontsov’s Palace. Free time on Deribasivska Street – the heart of the city. It is a must-visit place for all the tourists where you will find a great selection of cafés, restaurants and shops. Overnight at the hotel. Day 2: Odessa — Tairov Institute Breakfast. Visit Tairov Institute of Winemaking, one of the oldest in Ukraine research institutions working in the sphere of viticulture and wine making. The Institute regularly organizes educational tours of wine tasting. The goal is to promote a culture of drinking, familiarization with the world types of wine. After wine tasting — return to the city centre.Time for leisure. Optional visit to the Opera and Ballet House.Overnight at the hotel. Day 3: Odessa — Shabo — Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi Breakfast. Visit Wine Culture centre Shabo . It is the exclusive cultural centre in Ukraine combining operating advanced enterprise, ancient wine cellars, degustation room, exposition of modern sculptures and architecture, as well as Winemaking museum. At Shabo you'll have wine tasting and lunch. Return to Odessa. Overnight at the hotel. Then visit one of the best fortresses at the south of Ukraine — Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi fortress . The fortress has no equal in Ukraine, being most dramatic medieval monument. It is located on the high bank of the Dniester estuary on the foundations of the antique town of Tira (5th c. B.C.). Day 4: Odessa — Grosslibental – Shustov Breakfast. Visit to Grosslibental and get acquainted with a history of Germans combining your tour with tasting of local wines. The tradition of wine making at Grosslibetal was established in 1804. Your guided tour will include excursion at Grosslibental, familiarization with its history, introduction of old and modern technologies in the production of wine, and then — wine tasting in old German cellar. In the evening you'll visit Shustov cognac factory. Here you'll visit Museum opened in honor of the 150th anniversary of Shustov. In 1990 the Shustov brandy won the Grand Prix at the World Exhibition in Paris. From that time Shustov was honored to write "cognac", not "brandy" at its products. You will enjoy tasting of 5 types of vintage cognac.Overnight at the hotel. Day 5: Odessa — Koblevo Breakfast. Departure to Koblevo – the village situated in a beautiful area in the middle of the reserve TILIGUL on the coast of the Black Sea. Wine of wine brand "Koblevo" has exquisite taste and delicate aroma. The tour to Koblevo winery includes: excursion over the factory, introduction to all the stages of modern production, professional degustation of the best wines, t raining enogastronomy fineness and visiting of unique picture gallery.Return to Odessa. Overnight at the hotel. Day 6: Odessa — Fine Arts Museum — Departure Breakfast. Visit the Fine Arts Museum. This museum is located in the former private residence of Count Pototsky, which was purchased by the city and inaugurated in 1899. The 26 halls host a variety of intriguing exhibits - from ancient icons to modern art. Kiprensky, Topinin, Ayvazovsky, Vrubel, Roerich, Benua and Levitan are just some of masters whose art adorns the museum’s walls. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
